Myself (Will) Becca, my mum and dad Alex and Nick, started Fern and Farrow Farm Shop in March 2024, with the intent to work with local and small independent British farmers and producers, to offer the best produce we can, and create somewhere in our small village of Bishopsbourne that people can shop for great quality ingredients and supplies.
I worked in a butchery before I became a chef, and have always been passionate about whole animal butchery,
Guided by Laszlo our head butcher, we aim to offer the best in quality and variety.
We make all our sausages in house and cure and smoked all our bacon.
I made it my goal to visit the farms in which we buy from to ensure the animals are living the best, stress free and healthy life.
Along with keeping some pigs of our own that you will occasionally find in the butchery window!
We work very closely with surrounding farms to obtain fantastic vegetables and fruits, aswell as suppliers of a large variety of produce. From seasonal jams and hot sauces to kombucha and canned fish, we try out utmost to offer a large selection of different items.
